Nomination must be made by the General Manager or the deputy.
Nominated center shall work in the field of special Needs.
The center must be officially authorized.
 
Standard   Guidelines
Leadership  

• Identify the mission, vision, objectives, philosophy and methodology of the organization.


• Describe the outstanding performance of the management
including its role in developing and supporting staff.

Policy and Strategy  

• Describe the center’s strategy for sustainability, adherence
to best practice, and empowerment of individuals with
special needs.

• Provide evidence of policies in support of the above.

• Explain how the strategy enables the center to achieve its
mission and objectives

Human Resources  

• Identify the role of the management in supporting ongoing
professional development.

• Describe the role of the management in creating an
environment where employees remain highly motivated
and committed.

• Describe the role of the management in ensuring the highest
standards of service provision at all times.

• Provide evidence of a highly trained and qualified staff.

Corporate Communications and Funds  

• Describe the effective development, use and management of
corporate communications and received funds.

• Demonstrate their utilization in support of Center’s policies,
strategies and objectives.

Internal Policy (Administration and Finance)   • Provide evidence of effective and organized administrative
and financial policies and procedures.
External Feedback  

• Provide evidence of procedures to receive, proves and
implement feedback provided by external parties to
the center.


• Provide evidence of systems for the evaluation of
customer/client satisfaction levels.

HR Feedback  

• Provide evidence of systems for the evaluation of employee
satisfaction levels.


• Demonstrate a high level of employee satisfaction.

Community Outreach and Feedback  

• Provide evidence of systems for the evaluation of
community satisfaction levels.


• Demonstrate a high level of community satisfaction.


• Provide evidence of systems, policies and initiatives to
promote outreach into, and engagement with the
community at large.


• Provide examples of such initiatives that were successful in
engaging a substantial number of community members with
the center, its students and staff.

Monitoring and Evaluation  

• Provide evidence of an ongoing monitoring loop to evaluate
and measure successful implementation of strategic and
policy objective
